30-day free trial on all paid plans

No credit card required to start a trial.
Full access to all features of the chosen plan during the trial.
At the end of 30 days, add a payment method to continue, or your account automatically moves to the free plan.
All apps, API keys, and avatar data created during the trial are preserved regardless of which plan you end up on.
You can cancel at any point during the trial — no charges, no obligations.

Free plan (no trial needed)

The free plan is not a trial — it does not expire. You can use 2-5 avatars and 1 app indefinitely at no cost. Upgrade at any time from your dashboard.

Billing

Monthly billing

Charged on the same day each month. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

Yearly billing

Billed as a single annual charge. Saves the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing. Switch between monthly and yearly at any time from Settings → Billing.

Upgrading mid-cycle

When you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan, the difference is prorated based on the remaining days in your billing period. You are charged the prorated amount immediately.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the higher plan features until then. No refunds are issued for downgrading.

Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on Ava-Twin servers.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade

Log in to the dashboard.
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Change Plan and select your new plan.
Confirm the change. For upgrades, you'll be charged the prorated amount immediately.

FAQ

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan requires no payment information. Paid plan trials also start without a credit card — you only add payment details when you choose to continue past the 30-day trial.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

When you sign up and choose a paid plan during onboarding, you get 30 days of full access with no restrictions. At the end of the trial you can add a payment method to continue, downgrade to the free plan, or cancel — your data is preserved either way.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Billing). Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We will notify you before you hit a hard limit. Avatars served to players continue uninterrupted — we do not cut off your live game. You will be prompted to upgrade to continue creating new apps or generating new API keys beyond your plan limit.

Is yearly billing available?

Yes. Switch to yearly billing at any time and save the equivalent of 2 months. The price is billed annually as a single charge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You retain access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
